This role is responsible for overseeing procurement, inventory, logistics, vendor relationships, and forecasting to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations that support field activities across all service lines.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies that align with business goals
- Manage procurement of materials, tools, and equipment across service lines
- Oversee inventory control, warehousing, and logistics operations
- Forecast supply needs based on job schedules and upcoming operations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with field supervisors, operations managers, and accounting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement (oilfield services strongly preferred)
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proven track record of reducing costs and improving supply chain efficiency
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and procurement software
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
