As we continue to grow, we’re looking for dependable and hard-working individuals to join our team and help us maintain our reputation for quality and reliability.Position Overview:We are currently hiring a Thru Tubing Shop Technician to support day-to-day operations in our Thru Tubing division at our Midland, TX facility. This is a hands-on role that involves preparing, inspecting, maintaining, and assembling downhole tools used in completions and drillout operations.Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with disassembly, inspection, cleaning, and reassembly of thru tubing tools
- Maintain an organized and safe shop environment
- Load and unload tools and equipment for field jobs
- Support inventory management, tracking tool usage and readiness
- Follow all company safety protocols and operational procedures
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on shop equipment
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and field personnel
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior oilfield experience preferred, especially in downhole tools or thru tubing
- Mechanically inclined and able to work with hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a shop/yard environment
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
